Our mission is simple: we want to provide families in our local communities access to healthy and affordable nutritious food. Our goal is to help transform our food deserts into a food oasis. We strive to provide the highest quality Micro Greens in Chicago! We are passionate hardworking growers who want to see a difference in the way food is grown and sourced for our community.

Our Mission
We grow our micro greens in an organic coco coir and mushroom compost mixture. They are grown vertically in a temperature controlled environment receiving ph tested water, light and love. All of the seeds that we use come from Johnny's Selected Seeds and we use all Non-GMO organic seeds. We are proud to grow the food that feeds your families. Thank you for supporting our mission.

Our micro greens and shoots are grown in an enclosed space on the south side of Chicago, IL. All products are cut and packaged within 24 hrs of sale
